This past week 7 homes were newly added to the market, but 2 were newly sold (pending) and 8 expired, cancelled or withdrawn dropping the available inventory down to 86 homes.
The two properties sold (pending) were a $1.65 million property midway up Big Basin Way toward the Summit that was on the market for 406 days with several price reductions and a small, well priced($898,500) house on Casa Blanca.
A Montalvo Heights property closed at $5.5 million. In the mid price range, Russell Lan sold for $2,026,750, down $92,250 from list and Russell was sold $250,100 over list at $2,250,000.
In the Golden Triange and north of Cox Scully closed at $1.65 million; Bach Ct. closed at $1.588 million and Lynde Ave. closed at $1.517 million.
