People were not toally consumed with turkey this past week, but interest shifted to modestly price land rather than houses. There were 3 new sales (open escrows), all primarily for land value – including a probate land sale on Prospect, a 1/3 acre land sale on Pierce and a 1/4 acre property on Cox.Â
Inventory is now a low 84 single family homes available in Saratoga, partly due to 3 properties being removed from the market. There were a couple of price reductions and the addition of a 12,160 Sf lot on Lomita at $1.7 million.Â
