Saratoga Inventory is Very Low

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas, but the Saratoga real estate market is still strong with 5 new sales (West Road priced at $1.995 million after 205 DOM; Ravenwood priced at $1.649 million; Bohlman Rd price at $1.5995 million; Afton priced at $1.389 million; and Park Place priced at 1.349 million).

11 properties closed escrow and 9 were removed from the market, but 8 properties were newly availble on the market resulting in a total of 72 single family home available, which is the lowest level this year – this compares with 92 available the same time last year.

Saratoga is currently the fifth strongest market in Silicon Valley (after Palo Alto, Cupertino, Mountain View and Los Altos) with a 30% ratio of open escrows to total inventory.
