Downtown San Jose Residences Rising

Now emerging in the downtown (SoFA district) San Jose landscape is a new 23 story luxury High-Rise project called 360 Residences, with 213 homes for sale, ranging in price from the mid $500K’s to over $2 million.  Condominiums range in size from 795 to 3,440 sf.  Scheduled completion is next year (Spring 2009).  There is a full scale model adjacent to the Fairmont Hotel; please call me accompany you and register your initial visit.  Reportedly about half are already presold with deposits of 3% or 5% depending on the floor level.

The Axis at 38 N. Almaden Blvd. is a 329 home condominium community scheduled to be completed next year (late spring 2008).  Current sales are in the low 400′s to more than $2 million range and also reportedly about one quater are reserved (no DRE public report yet).

The 197 condominium home community known as The 88 , at 88 E. San Fernando is well along in construction with firm sales to start late spring 2008.

Additional downtown residential projects include City Front Square (80 rental and 400 for sale in two phases) to start the third quarter of 2008; Park View Towers with 191 for-sale condos (100 units in phase 1), to start early 2008; and North San Pedro Towers, approved in 2007 for 600 units in several phases.
