There are still only 61 resale homes available in Saratoga and the under $1.7 market is strong with 3 new sales (open escrow) this past week at Glenbrae Dr., Harleigh and Cumberland Drive.  There were 14 new listings added, but 11 were also taken off the market.  Of the 17 detached homes pending ”sales”, 3 are under $1 million; 11 are between $1-2 million; 3 are between $2-3 million and one is $5.5 million.  Traffic at open houses is good for this time of year, but homeshoppers above $2 million are cautious.

In contrast, Los Gatos/Monte Sereno now has 97 detached homes available with 21 added the past week balance partly by 10 new pending sales.

Almaden has 48 available detached homes including 13 added the past week with 5 new pending sales.
