Buy and Save Market, a long time fixture in downtown Saratoga, CA has closed, but the latest information from the Saratoga Village Development Council (SVDC) is that the shopping center is not for sale, nor has it been sold!  Apparently the former Buy and Save will be gutted and fixed up and the owners are looking for an anchor store of approx. 8500 sq.ft. (including the corner store and the bakery).
