Alain Pinel Realtors Expands Into Marin and North Bay
Larry Knapp, President of Alain Pinel Realtor announced that “expansion into the Marin and North Bay markets is moving along extremely well. More then 70 agents have joined APR in Marin County and we expect more in the coming weeks.
This past Friday Alain Pinel announced that we will be opening a boutique office in Sonoma to better serve the Sonoma and Wine Country markets. While we don’t yet have a Sonoma office location we do have some great new Alain Pinel Realtors Sonoma County agents.
The first Sonoma agent, who joined APR on Friday, is Nicki Naylor who was the number one agent for the entire Pacific Union Company in 2008; Nicki has been a specialist in the Wine Country since 1989. Nicki brings with her three very distinctive wine country properties owned by the Sebastiani family that are now on the market with Alain Pinel Realtors.
This past weekend four more top agents joined us. They are Mark Stornetta, Rick Tackett, Bob and Kathy Leonard and Katy Kearney, all from the Pacific Union Sonoma office. They are all excited to be part of our Alain Pinel Realtors family.”
This is a time for astute businesses to expand and capture greater market share while other, lesser competitors are pulling back – this applies to companies and individual Realtors.
