Saratoga 1st Quarter 2009 Real Estate Recap

During the first quarter of 2009, Saratoga, CA had 18 detached homes and 1 attached home closed escrow.  129 detached homes were added to the market and the total inventory climbed to 164.

There are currently 19 detached homes and 3 attached homes “sale pending” in escrow and while this is down from one year ago, as the chart above shows, this is up substantially from the recent “doldrums” October 2008 through February 2009.
