Spring in Saratoga

In a matter of days the blossoms of Saratoga’s few remaining cherry orchards have turned to green leaves.  President Obama had a successful G20 conference in London and the stock market has rallied and the Dow closed again today above 8000.  Homebuyers are returning to the market.  Spring is in the air.
