Only three of those pending sales are REO (16600 Bohlman Rd.; 13441 Quito Rd.; and 18518 Paseo Tierra) and there is and even smaller proportion available for sale. 

Four pending sales are short sales (13493 Pierce Rd.; 14675 Quito Road; 18591 Montpere Way and 20720 Leonard Rd. 

Only nine of the pending sales are priced above $2 million
