Saratoga Neighborhoods
Sunday, March 28, 2010 at 1PM the Saratoga Historical Foundation is having a free public reception for an opening artist’s exhibit entitled “Saratoga Landmarks – Through An Artist’s Eyes”.
The museum is located at 20450 Saratoga-Los Gatos Road in Saratoga. The exhibit of watercolor paintings will be on display through May 31; Â limited hours are Fridays through Sundays from 1PM to 4PM.
My wife Lynne is a member of the Saratoga Community of Painters and her painting (above) will be among 40 watercolors exhibited. Saratoga Community of Painters has been painting various landmarks and points of interest in the Saratoga, Los Gatos and Monte Sereno area for 15 years.
The Mercury News quoted Annette Stransky, a member of the Saratoga Historical Foundation as saying “This is just a great exhibit for people to get to know their community.
