The median price of homes for sale in Saratoga dropped rapidly in 2010 until May, when it leveled off. There was a second smaller drop this fall, but median price has been on the rise again since early November 2010.
Meanwhile, inventory has dropped seasonally to 106, but days on market have been increasing again too since mid summer. Inventory is expected to decline further and then start to rise again late January 2011.
